To Start

Prince squash, chestnut and wild mushroom soup, milk bread roll & thyme butter

Hot smoked salmon, celeriac, caper, apple, parsley & sour cream remoulade, sourdough croutons

Free range Suffolk Pork rillettes, devils on horseback, quince pickle & toast

Main course

Honey roasted Norfolk duck breast, duck leg sausage ‘pig in blanket’ fried sprouts and chestnuts, carrot purée, roasted potatoes and parsnips, Cumberland sauce and traditional gravy

Cod, scallop, potato, shallot, and spinach gratin, hazelnut & parsley, panna gratta

Leek, Jerusalem artichoke, walnut and St Helena stuffed cabbage, buttery crushed parsnips, roasted potatoes and slow roasted tomato and onion gravy
